An Atlanta native, Bob grew up as a teenager who loved music, singing, and learning any instrument he could get his hands on. From chorus, playing in a rock band, and everything in between, he carried his admiration for music through college as a lifelong hobby.
Since studying mechanical engineering at Georgia Tech at both the Bachelor’s and Master’s degree levels, Bob encountered numerous instances where he was told “you should be on radio with that voice!” or something to that tune–at one point even being asked (during his day shift) if he could be recorded saying a few lines for a film from a pair of strangers. Bob never thought much of voice acting, but had always loved to manipulate his voice to imitate different characters from cartoons, TV, etc.
Bob decided to finally take a step in the voiceover direction to see what it was all about and attended training sessions to season his abilities–finding that his musical background and hobby of recording and editing music went hand-in-hand with the nature of voiceover. Since then, his love for it has grown and so has his effort to be a part of helping someone refine their next project with any voiceover needs!
